Lu\u00eds, in southern Portugal, in the Alentejo region.<\/p>\n<p>The festival is called FIVAcc and is an international video art festival, promoted by the organization \u201cCultivamos Cultura\u201d, which took place from 25 to 31 August, in a small Alentejo village called S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, with a strong collaborative aspect.
